GOOD NEWS. The long-promised “book of knowledge” is now at the printers and will soon be ready!

Thanks to all those who have helped with the process, it is going to be a unique book full of my recipes, of course, but also lots of other information including plenty about herbs and their uses.

Reading it will be a lot like sitting down and chatting with me. That’s exactly what I wanted it to be.
